Amritsar: Preparing for the imminent arrival of Navjot Singh Sidhu in their Party, Aam Aadmi party has offered to donate their spokesperson Ashutosh to the world of comedy and cricket commentary in return.

Speaking to Faking News, AAP head Arvind Kejriwal said, “I have made this proposal after thinking about it a lot. If Sidhu joins us, comedy shows will lose out on a huge asset and IPL commentary won’t be the same either and we don’t want to hurt those industries. We have a huge talent in Ashutosh who can be so funny, although unintentionally and as you may have seen on news debates, he can speak in Hindi for long without saying anything at all, just like Mr. Sidhu. This could be a win-win for everyone involved.”

“We can have this temporary arrangement till Punjab elections and if we win, the arrangement becomes permanent”, Mr. Kejriwal added.

Meanwhile, there were a lot of reactions from seasoned commentators. “This is not what the doctor ordered at all. IPL commentators are supposed to get along, laugh at each other’s boring jokes and talk about the electric atmosphere in half-empty stadiums. If a politician gets in there, we will end up arguing all the time even though we would be saying the same thing. I hope Sherry doesn’t fight Punjab elections and we don’t have to do this”, said veteran commentator Ravi Shastri.

Kapil Sharma and his crew are also pretty concerned about this development. “Ashutosh is always angry; we need someone who is always happy. Sidhu paaji used to laugh for 2 minutes after every sentence, where will we get that kind of consistency? Mika Paaji is on another channel, maybe we can try to get Archana Puran Singh”, said Sunil Grover, who plays Mashoor Gulati on The Kapil Sharma Show.

As per our sources, Ashutosh has already started practicing commentary in Hindi and English by watching mohalla cricketers from his balcony. “The Sher ghas nahi khata, the mara hua mass nahi khata! The khattack! HAHAHAHA O Guru”, Ashutosh was heard saying while watching the kids play.
