Bengaluru: On Friday, the famous television reality show, Bigg Boss, made an announcement that season 11 of the show will be shot at the same resort where Gujarat Congress MLAs are staying – the MLAs will be the contestants this time. Bigg Boss is the Indian version of US TV series Big Brother.
Reportedly, BJP is buying Gujarat congress MLAs to ensure as many Rajya Sabha seats as possible. BJP party president Amit Shah has already shown his Chanakya mind by overturning the Bihar government, even after the fact that BJP was the third majority party in the state.
Bigg Boss is famous for its interesting format. The show invites a group of contestants, who live together in a custom-built house under constant surveillance. The contestants are completely isolated from the outside world, and cannot have any communication with anyone outside the house.
Faking News reporter spoke to Bigg Boss producer Mr. Basu. Mr Basu said, “the way congress’ MLAs have been kept in a resort is very much similar to our show’s format. They have also been kept away from the outside world and are being constantly watched by senior leaders”.
Congress’ VP Shri Rahul Gandhi congratulated the MLAs and said, “They were getting sold for only a few crores, but since I asked them to wait they now have better opportunities.”
One of the MLAs, who allegedly ran away from the resort, said that the situation inside the house is worse than the emergency era. The MLA was removed from the party after showing the 1975 emergency in poor light.
Big Boss 11 will be an interesting show but the question is how ethical it is to stay in a resort when a major part of Gujarat is suffering due to floods? It’s time MLAs, irrespective of their political affiliation, were held accountable for the condition of people under their constituency.
