Master Blaster Sachin Tendulkar is all busy and excited for his upcoming biopic, ‘Sachin: A Billion Dreams’. The master himself on Saturday organised a special viewing of his movie where the Indian Armed Force Officers were also a part of the screening. In fact he has been attending so many functions and events that it has become a major part of his life now. The producers feel that even this part should be added in the movie and so have postponed the release.
The biopic is slated to release on 26th May, but now will be at least delayed by 1-2 months for the last part to be shot. Ravi Bhagchandka, who is the producer has asked his team members to prepare a small 15-20 minutes script which will showcase Sachin’s life while promoting the movie, the places where he went, the people he met and the interviews he gave. So much so that Sachin is again spending time with the scriptwriter and narrating all incidents.
I continue to be slightly uncomfortable (to talk about myself). That’s why I have got other guys to talk about me. I always wanted to play cricket for India. Rest of the things happened around it. And when I got there, it was about winning the World Cup for India.
“This film is about that. It is about chasing my dreams. My dream was not only my dream, it was a dream shared by a billion plus people.”, this is what Sachin had to say.
Our Faking News reporter caught up with the movie producers and he had this to say,” See, the promotions of the movie are as important as the cricket played by Sachin, how can we miss it. Also not all fans know what Sachin does or how he prepares himself for a movie promotion so we want to give that experience to the fans.”
Well, we have to wait for some days more for the release date to be announced. Till then we can watch Sachin promoting his movie in full swing.
