Saturday Morning, On Vijayadashmi, Yash was reading newspaper while sipping his second cup of tea after getting up. Yash flipped 8 consecutive pages of Times Of India and couldn’t find any news. He was about to throw the paper when he noticed a small column of news. He read the news, which was on current economic condition of India and gave his inputs to improve economic condition on social media tagging PM Modi.
Later in the evening he got a call from the PM Office. Congratulating him, PMO official told him that he’s been nominated for this year’s Nobel prize. Yash initially thought this is for his inputs to improve GDP of the country, but PMO clarified that it is for discovering news in paper full of advertisements.
Faking News reporter spoke to Yash Pradhan, “Everything pays off, I have been reading newspaper since I was just 6 years old. I don’t read entire paper but I skim through. I wasn’t surprised to see so many pages with just ads I am surprised that they wasted a column space by not giving ad”, said Yash sarcastically.
As per a famous quote “Morning is an important time of day, because how you spend your morning can often tell you what kind of day you are going to have”. Do we really want to waste our entire day flipping pages with no outcome ?
