Indian team to carry their own pitches for future foreign tours
Jan. 25 |After India looks set to lose eight consecutive test matches on overseas pitches, BCCI has decided to take corrective measures. The Indian cricket board has decided that the teams will carry their own pitches on foreign tours. BCCI President has argued that when team could carry their own batting kits, coach, fitness trainer, etc., why can’t they carry their own pitches? Other boards too have agreed to the proposal.
Katrina Kaif to do an item song in Lok Sabha to break deadlock over JPC
Nov. 23 |Congress has announced that Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif would perform an item dance number in the central hall of the parliament in an attempt to break the deadlock over opposition demands of a Joint Parliamentary Committee probe into the 2G spectrum scam. Party is hopeful that the opposition members would forget 2G, CWG, Adarsh, and all other scams once they get the “ultimate enjoyment”.
